Shipping outside of India?

Yes, we do ship outside of India. To place an order & get your Lavex delivered to your doorstep, send us an email at care@lavex.in

What are the shipping charges on my purchases?

We offer FREE Shipping across India on all orders above a minimum order amount, of Rs 500. We also offer Cash-On-Delivery to many locations at no additional charge. You should consider the shipping rates shown at the time of the check-out cart.

How do I know that my products are shipped?

Usually, orders are shipped the same day if placed before 4 PM. And orders received after 4 PM are shipped next working day. In rare cases, we may take longer to ship your order. In that case, we will keep you informed on your WhatsApp messenger.

What is the transit time for all orders?

We ship Monday to Saturday. Transit time varies as per your locations. Our estimate is 2-4 day transit time across India.

Who are our courier partners used for your dispatches?

To ensure that your order reaches faster and in good condition, we ship through reputed courier companies. Our current panel of couriers includes Blue Dart, FedEx, Anjani, Delhivery, DTDC, and Speed Post We pick the most reliable and Pincode serviceable shipping partner to reach any location.

If my order has multiple products and different locations in one purchase, will you ship them as desired?

We ensure to ship all items in every order together, and as per locations indicated by you. Each order may be shipped only to a single destination address specified at the time of payment for that order. If you wish to ship products to different addresses, we request you to place multiple orders.

Do you provide an invoice with each order I place?

Yes, we provide an Invoice with each order that you will find along with the package.

Can I customize my delivery terms?

We try our best to accommodate special delivery requirements such as speed delivery, delivery at specific times of the day, but we cannot guarantee that these requests will be fulfilled by our courier partners. If you need this feature then call us after placing the order and inform us with your order number.
